The solution to the fault of the current can not be increased
Regarding the problem that the current in the software cannot be increased, the solution is as follows:
1. Check that the Interlock is plugged in and in good contact. Disassemble the Interlock to see if the 37 short circuit and the 38 short circuit are mixed.The old Interlock connector is 37 connectors, and the new Interlock connector is 38 short connectors to avoid mixing.(If you are not sure which short-circuit method to use, you can check the system instructions, laser operation steps and precautions in the operation manual.)
2. Check whether the laser software prompts an alarm.
3. If there is no problem in the above steps, you need to check whether there is any abnormality in the general settings. First, check whether the driver P1, P2, and P3 of the communication port are enabled:
In the system setting function, open the communication button of the setting, enter the password ********（Contact Sales）, turn off the three driver ports and then re-open the enable button of the three driver ports, and the laser can click enable and add current normally.
In general, after the above operation, the problem of not being able to increase the current can be solved.
