Solution to the PD1 error
Laser PD1 is generally a seed feedback value. The feedback value of the built-in seed is generally in the range of 400-600, and the value is around 500; When placing external seeds, the data is different due to the different seed power of the machine purchased by the customer, but at least the feedback value of the seed should be guaranteed to be about 500. When the seed power is too low, the corresponding port will alarm, the amplifier will be locked, and the amplifier will be automatically unlocked when the seed power returns to the normal value. Before the laser is current-added, it is necessary to confirm that the feedback value of the seed light PD1 is correct before the amplification stage can be started.
If the PD1 error is reported, you can check it in the log section in the lower left corner of the control software and the error recording part of the amplifier chassis control screen.
If PD1 is incorrect, you can restart the laser first, and the problem of non-internal components of the laser can generally be solved after restarting. If the problem is not solved, you can contact our relevant technician, and the technician will solve it for you as soon as possible.
